[TR] FUSILLI’nin İlk Yılı

Mevcut gıda sistemlerinin sürdürülebilir olmamaları ve; İklim Değişikliği, Kaynak Kıtlığı, Kirlilik ve Atık, Çevresel Bozulma, Biyoçeşitlilik Kaybı, Nüfus Artışı, Yetersiz Beslenme ve Diyete Bağlı Hastalıklardan etkilenmeleri nedeniyle dönüştürülmelerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda Nilüfer’de de gıda sistemimizin daha sürdürülebilir, sağlıklı ve kapsayıcı hale getirilmesi için pek çok adım atılmaktadır. FUSILLI Projesi, hem gıda sistemi dönüşümü için temellerin atıldığı 2020 Tarım Yılı’nın kazanımlarını, hem de “Herkes için eşit, ulaşılabilir, sağlıklı gıda“ odaklı dönüşüm eylemlerini kapsayan 2021 Gıda Yılı’nın kazanımlarını bir araya getiren projedir. FOOD2030 öncelikleri doğrultusunda da, daha sürdürülebilir gıda sistemlerine geçişi kolaylaştırmaktadır. FUSILLI projesi, 13 ülkeden 34 ortağın uzmanlığını bir araya getirmektedir ve projeye Türkiye’den kabul edilmiş olan tek kent Nilüfer’dir. Nilüfer’de FUSILLI projesi kapsamında 180’den fazla eylem gerçekleştirilecektir. Videoda FUSILLI’nin ilk yılında yapılan faaliyetlerden bir kesiti sizlere sunuyoruz. 

[EN] First Year of FUSILLI

Existing food systems are not sustainable and need to be transformed because they can be affected by; Climate Change, Resource Scarcity, Pollution and Waste, Environmental Degradation, Biodiversity Loss, Population Growth, Malnutrition and Dietary Diseases. In this direction, many steps are being taken in Nilüfer to make our food system more sustainable, healthy and inclusive. FUSILLI Project is a project that brings together the achievements of both the 2020 Year of Agriculture and the 2021 Year of Food, where the foundations of food system transformation are laid and facilitates the transition to more sustainable, more inclusive and healthier food systems in line with the priorities of FOOD 2030. The FUSILLI project brings together the expertise of 34 partners from 13 countries and Nilüfer is the only city accepted for the project from Turkey. More than 180 actions will be carried out in Nilüfer within the scope of the FUSILLI project. In this video, we present you a snippet of the activities carried out in the first year of FUSILLI.
